INTELLISYS / OPERATIONS

Operations

Monitoring, network access and data management for one CroGate server.

OPERATE THE WHOLE SYSTEM

Different lifecycles.
Coordinated maintenance.

Gateway management state, employee files and auxiliary services have different storage and process lifetimes. Maintenance accounts for each writing component.

BACKUP SCOPE

Three kinds of state. One coordinated recovery plan.

RUNNING WORK

Know what a disconnect changes.

Terminal sessions belong to the gateway. A lost client connection can leave work running; server-side interruptions have a different effect.

TERMINAL LIFECYCLE

Your connection and your task have different lifetimes

OPERATIONAL VISIBILITY

See resources in context.

A separate Beszel component reports server and container resources through an administrator entry in CroGate.

Server and container resources

View resource information together with the accounts and environments being managed.

Separate service lifecycle

Monitoring has its own operational state. A gateway restart is distinct from the lifecycle of auxiliary services.

Plan for the workload

Size models, contexts, active employees and maintenance headroom together. The architecture makes no fixed concurrency promise.

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITIES

Make the operating choices explicit.

Every delivery should identify its runtime versions, access path, data retention and maintenance responsibilities.

DELIVERY BLUEPRINT

Define the deployment before sizing it
